Project Description
Sean’s Kitchen offers patrons a culinary journey at the expert hands of celebrity Chef and restaurateur, Sean Connolly. The design of the environment showcases the wild and cultivated produce of the richest regions and oceans of the world – from the finest Jamon, to the best steaks and exquisite crustacea and fish. Distinct spaces within the restaurant ensure a unique experience every time- from quick bites to eat at the Tapas Bar, after work drinks at the Patio Bar, a private function at Sean’s table private dining room to the signature seafood platter at the seafood shelf. Mediterranean-inspired interiors and the theatre of the kitchens provide a vibrant and daring atmosphere as the new anchor restaurant for Star City Casino.
